选取了衡量房地产业发展的11个指标,建立了四个房地产业与其他产业和行业的灰色关联模型,通过计算房地产业与国民经济各产业及行业的灰色关联系数并进行排序,得出了房地产业的高中低关联产业和行业.这四个关联模型计算结果一致,通过模型计算,为研究房地产业的综合发展和制定决策提供一定依据.
We choose 11 indicators to measure the development of the real estate industry, set up four gray relational models of the real estate industry and other industries and industries. By calculating the gray correlation coefficient between the real estate industry and the national economy and industry, we get the real estate Industry, high-middle and low related industries and industries.The calculation results of the four correlation models are consistent, through the model calculation, to provide some evidence for the study of the comprehensive development of real estate industry and making decisions.
