我国正在致力于构筑一个和谐、稳定和长治久安的社会,不能单纯追求GDP的增长,要正确处理增长与分享的关系,使经济增长的成果惠及大多数人,否则,一个贫富分化的社会有可能导致社会的失衡甚至出现严重的社会动荡。在我国近13亿人口中农民占全国人口的70%左右。因此,能否切实提高农民收入缩小城乡收入差距让广大人民群众分享经济增长的成果对我国构筑和谐社会至关重要。我国目前正处于城市化发展的关键阶段,能否抓住这一关键时期从而提高人民的生活质量、缩小城乡差距显得尤为重要。
China is committed to building a harmonious, stable and long-term peace society. We should not simply pursue the growth of GDP. We should correctly handle the relationship between growth and sharing so that the fruits of economic growth will benefit most people. Otherwise, it is possible for a society rich in both rich and poor to have the possibility of Leading to social imbalances and even serious social unrest. Nearly 1.3 billion of China’s peasants account for about 70% of the country’s population. Therefore, whether or not we can effectively increase the income of peasants and narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas so that the masses can share the fruits of economic growth is of crucial importance for building a harmonious society in our country. At present, our country is in the crucial stage of urbanization. Whether we can seize this crucial period to improve people’s quality of life and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas is particularly important.
