传统修理工艺主要采用金属补片对飞机结构损伤进行铆接、焊接或螺接修补,所需工具、设备多,对操作人员要求高,修复时间长。与传统工艺相比,运用复合材料对飞机结构损伤进行光固化修理具有修理时间短、成形性能好、修理增重小等优点,因此,光固化复合材料修理已得到越来越多的接受和青睐。对飞机光固化复合材料修理补片的疲劳寿命测试进行了试验设计,并考核了不同修理工艺(半宽度胶接、全宽度胶接及铆接修理)试样的疲劳寿命,为确定最佳修理工艺提供了试验依据。
