本文首先对饮食文化旅游产品开发的重要性进行了简单的概括,在结合海南本地实际的基础上,对相关的开发工作进行了探讨,提出了以海南名菜为主、特色小吃为辅、休闲饮食为余兴的饮食文化旅游产品开发构想,希望能够对实际工作起到一定的借鉴作用。 In this paper, the importance of the development of food culture and tourism products is briefly summarized.
