[Objective]To select the optimum purification technology for the epigoitrin from RADIX ISATIDIS. [Method]Taking adsorption rate and desorption rate as the indices,6 types of macroporous resins were screened by static adsorption test. And the optimal purification conditions of resin were obtained based on dynamic adsorption and static adsorption. [Result]ADS-7 macroporous resin had the best purification effect. And its conditions were 8. 00 mg /ml sample concentration,45 ℃,pH 9. 0,40% ethanol solution as the eluent,1. 5 BV /h flow rate of dynamic adsorption,2. 0 BV /h flow rate of dynamic desorption,and 4. 0 BV eluent. [Conclusion]This method was simple and reliable,and could be used for the purification of epigoitrin from RADIX ISATIDIS.
