显微操作技术广泛应朋于显微受精、辅助孵化及着床前基因诊断。该项技术是以微米级水平的仪器对细胞进行操作的过程。随着体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)技术的广泛应用,越来越多的女性不孕症,特别是因输卵管阻塞或缺如而敏的不孕症得到治疗。近年在男性不育(少精子症、输精管堵塞及缺如)症应用也很普遍。1988年开始的显微人工授精技术是IVF-ET史上的重大突破,它不仅是助育的重要手段,而且使种植前基因诊断成为可能。
Micromanipulation techniques should be widely used in micro-fertilization, assisted hatching and pre-implantation gene diagnosis. The technology is the process of operating cells on micrometer-scale instruments. With the widespread use of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) techniques, more and more female infertility, especially those infertility due to tubal obstruction or absence, are treated. In recent years, male infertility (oligospermia, vas deferens blocked and absent) disease is also very common. The microscopic artificial insemination technique started in 1988 is a major breakthrough in the history of IVF-ET. It not only serves as an important means of aid but also makes pre-implantation genetic diagnosis possible.
