目的总结高效液相色谱分析法(HPLC)测定自制降脂胶囊中大黄蒽醌衍生物含量,建立大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、芦荟大黄素、大黄素甲醚的合理检测方法。方法选用自制降脂胶囊,提取胶囊中大黄成分,采用HPLC检测方法,以乙腈—甲醇—1%磷酸溶液(44:46:33)为流动相,检测波长为254nm,依次测定重要中蒽醌衍生物含量。结果依据要求完成实验品制备后,经HPLC法测定显示其精密度与重复性良好,5份胶囊样品的大黄素、大黄酸、大黄酚、芦荟大黄素与大黄素甲醚等蒽醌衍生物含量测定结果基本相当。结论 HPLC法测定蒽醌衍生物含量具有良好的精密性与灵敏度,适用于含大黄制剂的蒽醌衍生物测定。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of rhubarb anthraquinone derivatives in the self-made Jiangzhi Capsule by HPLC and establish a reasonable method for the determination of rhein, emodin, chrysophanol, aloe-emodin and physcion. Methods The self-made lipid-lowering capsules were used to extract the components of rhubarb in the capsules. The HPLC method was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-methanol-1% phosphoric acid solution (44:46:33). The detection wavelength was 254 nm. Content content. Results According to the requirements of the preparation of experimental products, the HPLC method showed good precision and repeatability. The contents of anthraquinone derivatives such as emodin, rhein, chrysophanol, aloe-emodin and physcion in 5 capsules The results are basically the same. Conclusion HPLC method for the determination of anthraquinone derivatives with good precision and sensitivity for anthraquinone derivatives containing rhubarb assay.
