描述了一种移动化学反应界面的实验装置.这一装置备有二台恒流泵用于连续性地驱动阴极液和阳极液,备有二根连接于计录仪的电极用于测定反应管两端的电压.用0.005mol·L-1CoCl_2和0.01mol·L-1NaOH(同时含有0.1mol·L-1背景电解质KCl)形成的移动化学反应界面实验了这一装置.结果表明:(1)能很好地避免电解时产生的氢离子和氢氧根离子的干扰;(2)在单根凝胶柱上可进行多次移动化学反应界面实验;(3)不论是在实验进行中还是在实验后都能很方便地测定沉淀区带的长度;(4)能节省大量的阴极液和阳极液;(5)具有较好的稳定性.
An experimental setup for mobile chemical reaction interface is described. The unit is equipped with two constant current pumps for the continuous driving of catholyte and anolyte. Two electrodes connected to the logger are provided for measuring the voltage across the reaction tube. The device was tested with a mobile chemical reaction interface formed by 0.005 mol·L-1CoCl_2 and 0.01 mol·L-1 NaOH (containing 0.1 mol·L-1 background electrolyte KCl). The results show that: (1) the interference of hydrogen ions and hydroxyl ions generated during electrolysis can be well avoided; (2) multiple mobile chemical reaction interface experiments can be performed on a single gel column; (3) In the experiment or after the experiment can easily determine the length of the sedimentation zone; (4) can save a lot of catholyte and anolyte; (5) has good stability.
