目的:探讨参芪柔脉合剂干预颈动脉粥样硬化斑块及血脂的作用机制。方法:将新西兰大耳白兔60只分为空白组9只,模型组51只,模型组给予高脂饲料并行颈动脉球囊内膜损伤术,6周后处死1只模型兔确定造模成功后,再将模型组50只试验兔随机分为模型对照组、西药组及参芪柔脉合剂高、中、低剂量组(简称高、中、低剂量组),每组各10只。高、中、低剂量组分别灌胃参芪柔脉合剂1.5、1.0、0.5 g/kg/d,西药组灌胃辛伐他汀分散片1.7g/kg/d,空白组和模型对照组灌胃等量蒸馏水,共6周。分别于第8和14周取血测血脂,于第14周取颈动脉观察病理形态学变化。结果:干预前与空白组比较,模型对照组,西药组,高、中、低剂量组血脂变化均有统计学差异(P<0.01);干预后与模型对照组比较,西药组、高剂量组TC、TG、LDL-C差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);与空白组比较,模型对照组、西药组、低剂量组HDL-C差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);高剂量组与西药组HDL-C比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。光镜下颈动脉HE染色结果显示,各给药组颈动脉病变程度均有改善。结论:参芪柔脉合剂可显著调节试验兔的血脂水平及改善病理变化。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Shenqi Rouma mixture intervention on carotid atherosclerosis plaque and serum lipids. Methods: Sixty New Zealand white rabbits were divided into blank group (n = 9) and model group (n = 51). The model group was given high-fat diet and carotid balloon intimal injury. After 6 weeks, After that, 50 rabbits in the model group were randomly divided into model control group, western medicine group and Shenqi Roumai mixture high, medium and low dose group (high, medium and low dose group), 10 in each group. The rats in high, middle and low dose groups were treated with 1.5, 1.0 and 0.5 g / kg / d of Shenqi Fumai Mixture respectively, 1.7g / kg / d of simvastatin dispersible tablets in western medicine group, The same amount of distilled water, a total of 6 weeks. At the 8th and 14th week respectively, blood samples were taken for blood test, and the carotid artery was taken for pathological changes in the 14th week. Results: Compared with the blank control group, the changes of blood lipid in the model control group, western medicine group, high, medium and low dose groups were significantly different before intervention (P <0.01); Compared with the model control group, (P <0.01). Compared with the blank group, the HDL-C of the model control group, the Western medicine group and the low-dose group had statistically significant difference (P> 0.05); the high dose There was significant difference between HDL-C group and Western medicine group (P <0.01). The results of HE staining of carotid artery under light microscope showed that the carotid artery lesion degree of each administration group was improved. Conclusion: Shenqi Rouma mixture can significantly regulate blood lipid levels and improve pathological changes in experimental rabbits.
