大学生党员的发展教育工作是高校党建工作的重要内容。目前,加强和探索大学生预备党员教育管理有效机制是当前高校思想政治工作和党建工作的重点,但对新入党党员的培养教育却存在重视不到位的现象,尤其是对预备党员的教育工作存在重视不够,措施不力的问题。针对以上问题和校企合作学院的特点,立足实际,通过与企业党组织的合作交流,利用企业的资源,搭建一个与企业共建的平台,对大学生预备党员加强理想信念教育,加强制度建设,抓好目标管理,形成监督机制等途径加以解决。
