一、前言 随着社会的进步和经济的发展,对现有建筑结构价值的评估,愈来愈显得重要,传统的评估方法,存在着较多的人为的、经验的因素。早些年,日本和美国提出了“综合鉴定法”和“安全性评估程序”等方法,在鉴定程序、检测技术和组织形式上有了较大的改进。现有建筑物的鉴定与评估有着较大的特殊性,建筑物的受载经历、受害历史以及材料的碳化等都是影响结构价值的重要因素。要对现有结构的价值进行正确的评估,需进行多方面的理论研究。
I. INTRODUCTION With the progress of society and economic development, the evaluation of the value of existing building structures is becoming more and more important. There are many artificial and empirical factors in the traditional assessment methods. In the early years, Japan and the United States put forward methods such as the “Comprehensive Identification Law” and “Security Assessment Procedure”, which have greatly improved the identification procedures, testing techniques, and organizational forms. The identification and assessment of existing buildings is of a special nature. The experience of building loading, history of damage, and carbonization of materials are all important factors that affect the value of the structure. To conduct a correct assessment of the value of an existing structure requires a multifaceted theoretical study.
