采用插层原位复合方法即将有机改性的层状无机物加入到聚合物单体溶液中振动搅拌制法,合成了高聚物复合材料。通过化学和物理化学的方法,首先进行了功能设计与分子设计并阐明了结构的构型,然后探讨界面反应性、机械性及生物相容性和安全问题,提高了材料的强度、韧性等力学性能。该材料经临床应用粘接效果良好,但材料色泽较深,需要改进。
Intercalation in-situ composite method is about organic modified layered inorganic added to the polymer monomer solution by vibration mixing method, the synthesis of polymer composites. Through chemical and physico-chemical methods, functional design and molecular design are first carried out and structural configurations are elucidated. Interface reactivity, mechanical and biocompatibility and safety issues are then explored, and mechanical properties such as strength and toughness are increased performance. The material by clinical application of good bonding effect, but the material darker in color, need to be improved.
