传统大学英语教学模式是以教师为中心,教师在教学过程中始终处于主导地位,课堂传授的信息量较小,教学手段单一,学生的积极性和创造性很难得到应有的发挥。多媒体教学模式克服了传统教学模式“费时、低效”的缺点,对提高英语教学质量,改善教学效果,起到了良好的作用。但在实际应用过程中,由于当前的教学软件,使用多媒体课堂的组织方式及教师本身的知识结构和对多媒体教学的认识水平等都存在着缺陷和不足,多媒体教学模式在英语教学过程中的应用还处于初级阶段,离理想的教学效果还存在一定的差距。本文对多媒体英语教学过程中出现的问题进行了分析和讨论,并对提高多媒体英语教学质量,改善教学效果提出了一些建议。

This article analyzes and discusses the problems that arise in the process of multimedia English teaching, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality of multimedia English teaching and improve teaching effectiveness.
