以聚丙二醇二环氧乙烷甲基醚(牌号1217)作为环氧树脂(EP)体系的柔韧剂,以柔性聚酰胺(牌号2766)和普通聚酰胺(牌号3140)为固化剂,制备了柔韧性良好的EP胶粘剂。研究结果表明:当w(2766)=80%(相对于EP质量而言)时,EP/2766体系的拉伸强度为22.94 MPa、断裂伸长率为10%;当w(3140)=70%(相对于EP质量而言)时,EP/3140体系的拉伸强度为60.00 MPa、断裂伸长率为2%~4%。当EP与1217共混时,随着1217掺量的增加,树脂组分的黏度呈指数式下降态势;当w(1217)=20%(相对于EP质量而言)、m(1217)∶m(2766)=1.3∶1时,EP/1217/2766体系的断裂伸长率(为37%)和铝-铝胶接件的拉伸剪切强度(为22 MPa)相对最大。
