目的:考察防己与茯苓配伍对脾虚水湿不化模型大鼠的影响。方法:采用高脂低蛋白饲料加力竭游泳的方法建立模型,通过检测对胃肠功能、肝脏功能、血清蛋白和血脂水平的影响考察防己与茯苓组合对脾虚水湿不化模型大鼠的影响。结果:与模型组比较,防己水煎液组ALT、AST、TG、CHO和LDL-C显著降低,HDL-C显著升高;茯苓水煎液组Gas和ALB显著升高,CHO和LDL-C显著降低;防己低剂量+茯苓组Gas、ALB和HDL-C显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),ALT、AST、TG、CHO和LDL-C显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);防己中剂量+茯苓组Gas、TC、ALB和HDL-C显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),ALT、AST、TG、CHO和LDL-C显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);防己高剂量+茯苓组Gas、TC、TP、ALB和HDL-C显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),ALT、AST、TG、ALP、CHO和LDL-C显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:各给药组对模型大鼠的胃肠、肝脏和血清学指标均有改善,且两药配伍疗效优于单味药。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of compatibility of anti-rhizome and Poria cocos on rats with wet-spleen-asthenia syndrome. Methods: A model of high-fat and low-protein diet plus exhaustive swimming was established. The effects of anti-tuberculosis and Poria cocos were combined on the gastrointestinal function, liver function, serum protein and serum lipid in rats . Results: Compared with the model group, ALT, AST, TG, CHO and LDL-C were significantly decreased and HDL-C was significantly increased in the Decoction group. Gas and ALB were significantly increased in the Poria decoction group, while CHO and LDL- (P <0.05, P <0.01), ALT, AST, TG, CHO and LDL-C were significantly decreased (P <0.05, P <0.01) (P <0.05, P <0.01), and the levels of ALT, AST, TG, CHO and LDL-C were significantly decreased 0.01, P <0.01). The levels of Gas, TC, TP, ALB and HDL-C were significantly increased <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: The gastrointestinal, hepatic and serological indexes of the model rats were improved in each treatment group, and the combination of the two drugs was superior to the single herb.
