目的探讨IL-6在多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)高胰岛素血症和胰岛素抵抗中的作用。方法在体外培养的大鼠胰岛细胞培养液中加入10、100和1 000 pg/ml IL-6,于培养24、48、72 h后,采用放射免疫法检测IL-6对胰岛细胞胰岛素分泌的影响。结果培育48 h时,1 000 pg/ml IL-6板孔中的胰岛素浓度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培育72 h时,100、1 000 pg/ml IL-6板孔中的胰岛素浓度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IL-6在体外具有刺激胰岛细胞分泌胰岛素的作用,这可能与PCOS患者常出现高胰岛素血症、胰岛素抵抗现象有关。
Objective To investigate the role of IL-6 in hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods 10, 100 and 1000 pg / ml IL-6 were added into rat pancreatic islet cell culture medium in vitro. After cultured for 24, 48 and 72 h, radioimmunoassay was used to detect the effect of IL-6 on islet insulin secretion influences. Results At 48 h, the concentration of insulin in 1 000 pg / ml IL-6 plate was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). At 72 h incubation, 100, 1 000 pg / ml IL- 6 plate hole insulin concentrations were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion IL-6 has the effect of stimulating islet cells to secrete insulin in vitro, which may be related to hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance in patients with PCOS.
