青蒿酯钠为我国创制的抗疟新药。为了解其对机体的影响,我们用JL—3型三导生理记录仪同步记录狗的心电、血压、呼吸,用EGG—1A 胃电图机和液晶数字显示肛温表记录胃电和体温。实验所用的青蒿酯批号为831023,由桂林制药二厂供给。使用时每100毫克青蒿酯以5%碳酸氢钠注射液1毫升溶解成为青蒿酯钠,然后再用生理盐水稀释1倍作静脉注射。实验狗在异戊巴比妥钠麻醉下先记录10
Artemisinin sodium is a new anti-malarial drug created in China.
