随着市场经济体制日趋完善，人的思想更加活跃，因此，当前加强思想工作的重要性表现为：①现实存在的问题需要通过思想工作去解决；②医院深化改革需要思想工作作保障。在新的形势下，加强思想工作：首先，思想工作必须从教育入手，重点抓好医务人员的政治素质、医德医风教育；其次，思想工作要与实际相结合，即：①一切以为病人服务为中心；②与医教研的行政管理工作相结合；③与解决群众的实际问题相结合；④与医院文化建设相结合。 With the maturing of the market economy system and the more active human thinking, the importance of strengthening ideological work at present is manifested in the following aspects: (1) The existing problems need to be solved through ideological work; (2) The deepening of reform in hospitals requires the safeguarding of ideological work. In the new situation, ideological work should be strengthened: first, ideological work must start with education, with a focus on the political quality of medical personnel and the medical ethics education; and secondly, ideological work should be combined with reality, namely: As the center; ② combined with the medical education research administrative work; ③ and solve the actual problems of the masses combined; ④ and hospital culture.
