为了明确吉林省中部地区二化螟一代幼虫发育起点温度和有效积温,本研究于2011年11月份在田间采集滞育幼虫,经解滞育处理后,在室内设置30℃、27℃、24℃、19℃恒温、相对湿度70%条件下进行实验。结果如下:利用最小二乘法公式求得越冬代幼虫和越冬代蛹的发育起点温度和有效积温分别是(9.31±1.34)℃,(12.86±2.01)℃和(422.86±15.46)℃·d、(107.83±15.38)℃·d,一代卵和幼虫的发育起点温度和有效积温是(12.64±2.13)℃、(13.75±2.66)℃和(81.62±11.56)℃·d、(322.5±21.88)℃·d。利用所得数据并结合2011~2012年气象数据,预测2011年和2012年的二化螟成虫发生日期与实际发生日期相吻合。
In order to clarify the onset temperature and effective accumulated temperature of the first generation larvae of Chilo suppressalis in the central area of Jilin Province, this study collected diapause larvae in the field in November 2011. After diapause treatment, 30 ℃, 27 ℃ and 24 ℃ , 19 ℃ constant temperature, relative humidity 70% under the conditions of the experiment. The results were as follows: The onset temperature and effective accumulated temperature of the overwintering larvae and overwintering pupal were (9.31 ± 1.34) ℃, (12.86 ± 2.01) ℃ and (422.86 ± 15.46) ℃ · d 107.83 ± 15.38) ℃ · d. The developmental onset temperature and effective accumulated temperature of the eggs and larvae were (12.64 ± 2.13) ℃, (13.75 ± 2.66) ℃ and (81.62 ± 11.56) ℃ · (322.5 ± 21.88) ℃, respectively d. Using the data obtained and the meteorological data from 2011 to 2012, it is predicted that the occurrence date of the adult rice borer in 2011 and 2012 will coincide with the actual date.
