近年来,沙市化工建材公司认真贯彻调整方针,解放思想,积极改革,业务、储运、财务各部门通力合作加强经济核算,合理使用资金,千方百计加速资金周转,因而销售额逐年上升,资金周转逐年加快,资金占用逐年减少,销售盈利逐年增加。他们通过实践,认识到物资和资金运动的相互作用及其规律性,资金使用不好,会直接影响物资流通,物资流通搞不好,也会影响资金的周转。因此,管好用活资金就成为企业经营管理的重点。他们的具体作法是:在销售上抓“活”,在进货上抓“优”,在运输上抓“快”。
