我国已经沿用了几十年的前苏联教育学家凯洛夫提出的“五段教学法”的教学模式,即复习旧知、导入新课、讲授新课、巩固练习、课后作业。这种教学法强调知识的系统性和逻辑性,注重课堂讲解和其他形式的引领,操作性强,有利于学生系统地掌握知识,形成技能,发挥教师的主导作用,但他却忽视了学生的需要和感受,忽视了学生动口、动手、动脑的实践机会。只是教师讲,学生听,教师教,学生学,教师讲多少,学生听多少,束缚了学生的思维。离开了教师,学生永远都不会学习,不利于学生学习能力和非智力因素的提高。这种模式如果运用不当,就会出现教师“一言堂”的现象。
