目的研究当归和黄芪提取物对大鼠体内人参皂苷吸收的影响。方法取SD雌性大鼠12只,按照体重随机分成4组:人参-实验组(人参提取物8.0 g·kg~(-1)·d~(-1))、当归-实验组(当归提取物3.2 g·kg~(-1)·d~(-1))、黄芪-实验组(黄芪提取物16.0 g·kg~(-1)·d~(-1))、联合-实验组(人参提取物8.0g·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)+当归提取物1.6 g·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)+黄芪提取物8.0 g·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)),每组3只。次日灌胃给药,在给药后1,2,3 h分别眼眶取血,采用反相高效液相色谱法,测定当归-实验组、黄芪-实验组、联合-实验组和人参-实验组血浆谱中的人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Rc、人参皂苷Rb2、人参皂苷Rd的峰面积(可以直接读出峰面积大小)。并比较各组血浆色谱图的差异。结果联合-实验组的人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Rc、人参皂苷Rb2、人参皂苷Rd含量比人参-实验组中的高(只有直观面积但无计量资料)。结论当归和黄芪提取物对人参皂苷的吸收有一定的促进作用。
Objective To study the effect of Angelica and Astragalus extract on the absorption of ginsenosides in rats. Methods Twelve female SD rats were randomly divided into four groups according to body weight: ginseng-experimental group (ginseng extract 8.0 g · kg -1 · d -1), angelica-experimental group 3.2 g · kg -1 · d -1), Astragalus membranaceus - experimental group (16.0 g · kg -1 · d -1), combined - experimental group (ginseng Extract 8.0 g · kg -1 · d -1 + Angelica extract 1.6 g · kg -1 · d -1 + Astragalus extract 8.0 g · kg -1 ) · D ~ (-1)), three in each group. The rats were given intragastric administration on the next day, and the orbital was taken at 1, 2, and 3 h after administration, respectively. The contents of Angelica sinensis-Astragalus-Astragalus-Astragalus-Astragalus membranaceus The peak area of ginsenoside Rb1, ginsenoside Rc, ginsenoside Rb2, and ginsenoside Rd in the plasma profile of the group (the area of the peak area can be directly read). And compare the difference of plasma chromatogram of each group. Results The levels of ginsenoside Rb1, ginsenoside Rc, ginsenoside Rb2 and ginsenoside Rd in the combined-experimental group were higher than those in the ginseng-experimental group (only visual area without any data). Conclusion Angelica and Astragalus extract on the absorption of ginsenosides have a certain role in promoting.
