高职院校是以能力为本位的教育,对于掌握会计这门既有理论又有操作技能的学科,一味接受传统讲授的教学方式是远远不够的,因此,构建会计岗位体验式教学是提高学生就业竞争力,实现校门与会计岗位无缝对接的必要途径。本文针对构建会计岗位体验式教学模式的困难,提出若干可行性建议,旨在向着“让学生成才,让家长放心,让社会满意”的目标前进。
Higher vocational colleges are ability-based education, which is not enough for mastering the existing theory and operational skills of accounting. It is not enough to blindly accept the teaching methods taught by tradition. Therefore, constructing experiential teaching in accounting posts is an important issue The employment competitiveness of students, the necessary way to realize the seamless connection between school gate and accounting post. This article aims at the difficulty of constructing the experience teaching mode of accounting posts, and puts forward some feasible suggestions, aiming at the goal of “making students succeed, reassuring parents and making the society happy”.
