考虑负荷预测的不确定性,运用模糊三角数表示用户未来时刻的实际需求。结合分类用户不同程度的需求价格响应,构建了一套基于模糊需求和用户分类响应程度下的最优分类峰谷分时电价设计模型。通过算例对比分析了分类分时电价与不分类分时电价之间的调峰效果,证明了实施分类峰谷分时电价要比不分类峰谷分时电价更有效。
Considering the uncertainty of load forecasting, the fuzzy trigonometry is used to represent the actual demand of users in the future. Combined with the demand price response of classified users, a set of design models of the optimal classification peak-valley time-of-use electricity price based on fuzzy demand and user classification response degree is constructed. A case study shows that the time-of-use peak-valley tariff is more effective than the non-peak-valley time-of-use price.
