利用等效电路法和高频分析软件 (HFSS)对 A6相对论磁控管谐振系统进行了理论计算与模拟分析 ,着重考虑了相对论磁控管端帽的引入对谐振频率的影响。模拟和冷测均表明 :相对论磁控管端帽的引入将对谐振频率造成一定影响 ,在端帽的某些尺寸下 ,同一模式将会分裂出两个谐振频率。这将加剧磁控管内部的模式竞争而不利于磁控管的工作。
The theoretical calculation and simulation analysis of A6 relativistic magnetron resonant system are carried out by using equivalent circuit method and high-frequency analysis software (HFSS). The influence of the introduction of relativistic magnetron end cap on resonant frequency is emphatically considered. Both simulation and cold measurements show that the introduction of the end cap of the relativistic magnetron will affect the resonant frequency to some extent. Under certain dimensions of the end cap, the same mode will split two resonant frequencies. This will aggravate the mode competition inside the magnetron, which is not conducive to the work of the magnetron.
