1.KR炼铁法耗能概况 目前,世界上一些工业发达的国家都在积极地从事以煤代焦、以纯氧代空气的熔融还原炼铁方法的研究。其中奥钢联和科夫工程公司在西德莱茵河的克尔厂试验研究的KR法已经基本成功。生铁质量存在的问题也已基本解决。例如在1984年11月的试验中,在每吨铁水耗煤1t的情况下,铁水温度1500~1600℃,生铁含硅一般在1~2%,平均含硫为0.03%。炉渣碱度CaO/SiO_2为1.2,渣中硫为1.3%,脱硫系数为43.3。
