本文从个体行为、制度、环境的因素,特别是人与文化的因素分析了中国传统管理思想的发展和演变,从分析中发现,中国传统的管理思想注重个体能力与素质的培养,忽视群体的作用和协作,具有较大的局限性。西方的管理在注重科学的同时,努力剖析个体的行为本质,以“经济人”为基本点,建立了一整套较为完整的现代企业理论。本文建议在吸收西方优秀管理思想的同时,努力结合本国的管理思想和文化特性,从而摸索出符合我国国情的管理理论,促进企业的经营管理。
This article analyzes the development and evolution of Chinese traditional management ideology from individual behaviors, institutional and environmental factors, especially human and cultural factors. It is found from the analysis that Chinese traditional management ideology emphasizes the cultivation of individual abilities and qualities, ignoring group Roles and collaboration have greater limitations. While focusing on science, Western management has endeavored to analyze the nature of individual behaviors, and has established a complete set of modern enterprise theories based on the “economic person” as the basic point. This article suggests that while absorbing the Western outstanding management ideology, we must strive to combine our country’s management ideology and cultural characteristics in order to find a management theory that suits our country’s national conditions and promote the management of the enterprise.
