在非水溶剂中合成出一种新型席夫碱试剂(L):苯甲醛缩2-氨基嘧啶及其过渡金属铜配合物。由元素分析、络合滴定法、红外光谱、热重谱、质谱和摩尔电导值对配体和配合物的结构进行了表征,并推测出其组成为CuL2,采用荧光光谱和黏度分析方法初步研究了该配合物与小牛胸腺DNA之间的相互作用。表征结果表明:配合物为两分子配体以亚氨基和嘧啶环上的两个N原子与铜中心离子成键,配位数为4;与小牛胸腺DNA作用结果显示:配合物主要以插入方式与DNA相互作用,破坏了DNA的双螺旋结构。
A new Schiff base reagent (L) was synthesized in non-aqueous solvent: benzaldehyde reduced 2-aminopyrimidine and its transition metal copper complex. The structures of the ligands and complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, complexometric titration, infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, mass spectrometry and molar conductance. The composition of the ligands and complexes was deduced to be CuL2. Fluorescence spectroscopy and viscosity analysis The interaction between this complex and calf thymus DNA. The characterization results show that the complex is a two-molecule ligand with two N atoms on the imino and pyrimidine rings bonded to the copper central ion with a coordination number of 4. The result of the interaction with calf thymus DNA shows that the complex is mainly inserted The way it interacts with DNA destroys the DNA’s double helix structure.
