为了进一步分离纯化抑菌蛋白和脂肽类物质,促进拮抗菌的开发和利用,选取2株对多种植物病原真菌具有良好拮抗作用的解淀粉芽孢杆菌,利用硫酸铵沉淀法粗提2株菌株的抑菌蛋白,酸沉淀法粗提脂态类抑菌物质,分别测定粗提物对多种植物病原真菌的抑制效果。初步检测2株菌株是否具有产纤维素酶、蛋白酶和嗜铁素活性。结果表明:BQD1菌株20%~30%的蛋白粗提液对玉米大斑病菌拮抗作用最强,抑菌直径达31.48mm。TY菌株30%~40%的蛋白粗提液对玉米大斑病菌抑菌直径最高达34.20mm。2株菌株脂态类粗提液对靶标病原菌株的拮抗作用均高于其发酵液,且均可产生纤维素酶、蛋白酶和嗜铁素。

The antagonistic effects of crude lipid extract of two strains on the target strains were higher than those of the fermentation broth, and all of them could produce cellulase, protease and tyrosinase.
