针对转压气机前后转子不同转差下的转子间流场分布有其自身特点,本文采用粒子图像速度仪(Particle Image Velocimetry,PIV)测量前后级转子等转速及不同转差下级间通道内的流场结构,并对测量结果进行了分析。结果表明:不同转差条件下压气机转子间流场分布随转差及相位呈现较为明显的变化,前级转子叶栅尾迹分布随不同转差会对后级转子进口流场产生较大扰动,必然会对压气机的性能产生较大的影响。
Aiming at the rotor flow field distribution under different slip of rotor before and after the compressor has its own characteristics, Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) is used to measure the rotation speed of the rotor before and after the rotor and the flow in the passage between the lower slip Field structure, and the measurement results were analyzed. The results show that the distribution of flow field in the compressor rotor changes significantly with slip and phase under different slip conditions. The wake distribution of the former rotor cascade with different turbulence will cause great disturbance to the inlet flow field of the latter rotor. Will have a greater impact on the performance of the compressor.
