目的:对胎儿远程监护系统进行临床应用评价。方法:应用新研制成的胎儿远程监护系统对晚期妊娠妇女进行监护,并与美国HP公司的1351型胎儿监护仪比较。结果:与美国HP公司的1351型胎监护仪相比较,胎儿远程监护系统瞬时胎心率检测符合率为96％,两种仪器的无应激试验(NST)结果相一致。结论:胎儿远程监护系统临床性能稳定,网络传输及电话网远程传输数据可靠,该仪器为高危妊娠的监测提供了一个新的手段。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical application of fetal telemonitoring system. Methods: The newly-developed fetal telemonitoring system was used to monitor late pregnancy women and compared with the United States HP company’s 1351 fetal monitor. RESULTS: Compared with the HP 1351 fetal monitor in the United States, the fetal telemonitoring system had an instantaneous fetal heart rate test compliance rate of 96%, which was consistent with the NST results of the two instruments. Conclusion: The fetal telemonitoring system has stable clinical performance, reliable network transmission and remote data transmission over the telephone network. This instrument provides a new means for the monitoring of high-risk pregnancies.
