在经济全球化和产业结构调整深化的条件下,工会要善于利用各种手段维护工人与工会的合法权益。在此过程中,如何调整经常发生的集体劳动劳动争议就成为各国政府和工会等关心的重要问题。西方发达国家和世界上一些转轨国家在这方面采取的一些做法值得借鉴。
Under the conditions of economic globalization and the deepening of industrial restructuring, trade unions must be good at using various means to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers and trade unions. In this process, how to adjust the frequent collective labor dispute has become an important issue of concern to governments, trade unions and other countries. Some developed countries and some transition countries in the world are taking some lessons in this regard.
