本文简述了我国农田水利事业的发展现状,通过与国外比较,论述了我国农田水利科学技术的发展目标及相应的放策和措施,以及农田水利工程学科今后一段时期的主要任务与科研方向。
This article briefly describes the development of irrigation and water conservancy in our country. Compared with other countries, this paper discusses the development goals of science and technology of farmland irrigation and water conservancy and the corresponding policies and measures, as well as the main tasks and research direction of the field of irrigation and water conservancy engineering in the coming period.
