目的观察不同清洁方法清洁医院中心供氧出口的效果。方法采用细菌定量检测方法,对3种不同清洗消毒方法清洁中心供氧出口处的效果进行观察。结果无菌水局部擦拭清洁和5 000 mg/L有效碘的碘伏消毒液擦拭法,清洁合格率均达到96.43%;用体积分数75%酒精局部擦拭清洁法,清洁效果合格率达到96.66%。结论3种清洁方法对中心供氧出口处均有较好的清洁效果,但以无菌水清洁法更为方便和经济适用。
Objective To observe the effect of different cleaning methods on cleaning hospital oxygen supply outlet. Methods The bacterial quantitative detection method was used to observe the effects of three different cleaning and disinfection methods at the oxygen supply outlet of the cleaning center. Results The results showed that the cleaning pass rate was 96.43% when the sterile water was partially wiped clean and the iodine disinfection solution with 5 000 mg / L effective iodine was used. The cleaning rate was 96.66% when the volume fraction of alcohol was 75%. Conclusions The three cleaning methods have a good cleaning effect on the central oxygen supply outlet, but the method of sterilized water cleaning is more convenient and economical.
