近两年来,随着农业高新技术的飞速发展,我国的蔬菜产业得以迅猛发展,蔬菜产量日益增加。罐藏蔬菜做为蔬菜深加工增值的一项技术,近年来随着人们生活消费水平的逐步提高和生活节奏的逐步加快而倍受人们的重视。下面介绍罐藏青豌豆的加工技术: 该技术的基本工艺流程为:选料→去荚分级→预煮→漂洗→装罐→排气→封罐→杀菌→冷却→成品。
In the recent two years, with the rapid development of agricultural high-tech, the vegetable industry in our country has witnessed rapid development and the output of vegetables has been increasing day by day.
