冻云中液态水滴的中值直径是影响飞机结冰的一个重要参数,选择合适的喷嘴用于模拟冻云显得尤为重要。采用马尔文Spraytec喷雾粒度分析仪对两种不同孔径的喷嘴进行了详细的实验研究,在最小中值直径工况点进行了粒度分布分析。研究发现中值直径随气压的增加而减小,在气压和水流量变化时喷雾锥角稍有波动,但变化范围不大。
The median diameter of liquid droplets in the frozen cloud is an important parameter that affects the icing of the aircraft. It is very important to choose the suitable nozzle for simulating the frozen cloud. Two different pore sizes of nozzles were investigated in detail using a Malvern Spraytec Spray Particle Size Analyzer. Particle size distribution analysis was performed at the minimum median diameter operating point. The results show that the median diameter decreases with the increase of pressure, and the cone angle fluctuates slightly when the pressure and water flow vary, but the range of variation is not large.
