构建深圳公交系统和谐劳动关系研究

以马斯洛需求层次理论为基础设计调查问卷,通过实地调研和数据统计分析得出,现阶段深圳公交系统一线员工的需求集中在生理需求、安全需求和尊重需求三个方面,其中生理需求为最核心诉求。在此基础上,构建了深圳公交系统和谐劳动关系“三阶段”路径,短期内在不突破公交行业现行体制、机制的情况下,通过改善企业内部管理,缓解“急”的矛盾与问题;中期着实提高公交线员的工资、福利水平,提升公交行业从业的系统引力;远期从全成本角度权衡公交行业得失,将公交行业营造成劳动就业的热门,力争使公交系统成为全社会同等劳动者就业的向往之地。 Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, the questionnaire was designed.
