师德建设是校园建设中非常重要的环节,在这个环节中校长作为一所中学的最高领导者,其责任之重大不言而喻。作为校长,在师德建设中应该从领、导和管三个方面着手,为教师队伍做好引领、指挥和保障工作,确保教师队伍师德建设的成果。
The construction of teacher’s morality is a very important link in the construction of the campus. In this link, the principal’s responsibility as a supreme leader of a high school is self-evident. As the principal, we should start from the three aspects of leadership, guidance and management in the construction of teachers ’morality, and do a good job in leading, directing and guaranteeing the teachers, and ensure the achievements of teachers’ ethics construction.
