目的探讨异丙酚复合氟比洛芬酯用于无痛人工流产术的麻醉效果和安全性。方法将60例要求行无痛人工流产术者随机分配到异丙酚复合氟比洛芬组(PL组)和异丙酚组(P组),每组各30例。PL组先静脉注射氟比洛芬酯50 mg,10 min后静脉注射异丙酚1.5 mg/kg;P组给予异丙酚2mg/kg。观察并纪录两组用药前、睫毛反射消失时、术中和术毕的血压(BP)、心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)、脉博氧饱和度(SpO2)及脑电双频指数(BIS),同时记录手术时间、苏醒时间、异丙酚总用药量、术中呼吸抑制及肢动反应的发生等情况。结果睫毛反射消失时、术中及术毕时,PL组的DBP、HR和BIS值明显高于P组;睫毛反射消失时和术中,PL组的SpO2明显高于P组;睫毛反射消失时,PL组的SBP和RR明显高于P组。两组术中麻醉效果评定为优、良、差的比例差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在人工流产术中应用氟比洛芬酯联合异丙酚具有良好的麻醉效果和麻醉深度,对呼吸及循环抑制较轻,是一种安全有效的配伍方法 。
Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect and safety of propofol combined with flurbiprofen axetil in painless artificial abortion. Methods Sixty patients with painless induced abortion were randomly assigned to propofol combined with flurbiprofen group (PL group) and propofol group (P group), with 30 patients in each group. In the PL group, flurbiprofen axetil 50 mg was injected intravenously and propofol 1.5 mg / kg after 10 min. In the P group, propofol 2 mg / kg was administered. The blood pressure (BP), heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (RR), pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2) and the index of electroencephalogram BIS). At the same time, the operation time, recovery time, the total dosage of propofol, intraoperative respiratory depression and the occurrence of limb movements were recorded. Results When the lashes reflex disappeared, the DBP, HR and BIS values in PL group were significantly higher than those in P group at the time of operation and at the end of operation. The SpO2 of PL group was significantly higher than that of P group at the disappearance of eyelashes and at the end of operation. , SBP and RR in PL group were significantly higher than those in P group. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the assessment of intraoperative anesthetic effect, excellent and poor (P> 0.05). Conclusion The application of flurbiprofen axetil combined with propofol in induced abortion has a good anesthetic effect and depth of anesthesia, less inhibition of respiration and circulation, and is a safe and effective method of compatibility.
