详细分析了姿控飞轮电控系统的组成及其对其他星载设备产生电磁干扰源的主要原因,提出了在姿控飞轮电控系统电磁兼容性(EMC)设计中减少或抑制电磁干扰的方法。通过EMC测试实验,考察了姿控飞轮系统EMC设计抑制电磁干扰的效果。测试实验结果表明:所提出的EMC设计,CE102传导干扰测试满足标准要求,不同频段具有不同裕量,最大可达26 dBμV;RE102辐射干扰垂直极化测试具有至少7 dBμV/m的裕量,水平极化测试也具有较大裕量。设计通过了星载设备五项敏感度测试。
A detailed analysis of the composition of the attitude-controlled flywheel electronic control system and its main causes of electromagnetic interference to other satellite-borne devices is presented. A method to reduce or suppress the electromagnetic interference in the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design of the attitude-controlled flywheel electronic control system . Through the EMC test, the EMC design of the attitude control flywheel system is studied to suppress electromagnetic interference. The test results show that the proposed EMC design and CE102 conducted interference testing meet the standard requirements with different margins in different frequency bands up to 26 dBμV. The RE102 radiation vertical polarization test has a margin of at least 7 dBμV / m, Polarization testing also has a larger margin. Designed to pass the five on-board equipment sensitivity test.
