目的 探讨丘脑梗死后的记忆与智能改变。方法 采用临床记忆量表和韦氏成人智力量表对37例丘脑梗死患者的记忆和智能进行检测 ,并用 30例健康人作对照。结果 左丘脑梗死组除 1项视记忆外 ,其它各项均显著低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。左、右丘脑梗死组相比 ,属于语言记忆的联想学习、指向记忆及总记忆商差异显著 (P<0 .0 1)。右丘脑梗死组与对照组各项均无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。左丘脑梗死组的智能与右丘脑梗死组和对照组相比有明显差异 (P<0 .0 1)。右丘脑梗死组操作智商也明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 左丘脑梗死可遗留长期的记忆和智能障碍 ,右丘脑梗死后涉及视空间功能的操作智商低下
Objective To investigate the change of memory and intelligence after thalamic infarction. Methods The memory and intelligence of 37 patients with thalamic infarction were measured by clinical memory scale and Webster adult intelligence scale, and 30 healthy people were used as control. Results All items in left anterior descending infarction group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0. Compared with the left and right thalamus infarction group, associative learning belonging to linguistic memory, pointing memory and total memory were significantly different (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between right hypothalamic infarction group and control group (P> 0.05). There was a significant difference in intelligence between the left-thalamus infarction group and the right-thalamus infarction group and the control group (P <0.01). The IQ of right-hypothalamus group was also significantly lower than that of control group (P <0.01). Conclusions Long-term memory and mental retardation may be left in left-thalamus infarction, and the IQ of operations involving visual space may be low after right-thalamus infarction
