英语新《课程标准》对高中学生阅读能力提出了更高的要求,也是对英语教师提出了更高的目标。培养学生的阅读能力是中学英语教学的主要任务之一。英语教师对教学中如何提高学生的阅读理解能力进行着不断探索。在教学实践中运用图式理论,丰富学生头脑中的图式并指导学生及时激活和运用这些图式,对提高学生的阅读理解能力大有帮助。
The new “English Curriculum Standards” put forward higher requirements for reading ability of high school students and also set higher goals for English teachers. Developing students’ reading ability is one of the main tasks of English teaching in middle school. English teachers in teaching how to improve students’ reading comprehension is constantly exploring. The use of schema theory in teaching practice to enrich the students’ minds and to guide students to activate and utilize these schemas in a timely manner will greatly help students improve their reading comprehension.
