目的 :探讨脑星形胶质细胞瘤病理分级和MRI影象学表现之间的关系。方法 :回顾性分析 81例经手术和病理证实为脑星形胶质细胞瘤MRI资料 ,综合分析MRI表现并与病理结果对照。结果 :Ⅰ级星形胶质细胞瘤肿瘤信号均匀、占位效应较轻 ,无瘤内血管及出血 ,增强程度较轻、也较均匀 ( 77.7% ) ;Ⅲ~Ⅳ级星形胶质细胞瘤肿瘤信号不均匀、占位效应明显 ,瘤内血管 ( 5 6.67% )及出血 ( 3 3 .3 3 % )多见 ,呈不均匀明显强化 ;Ⅱ级星形胶质细胞瘤介于两者之间。结论 :MRI显示瘤内血管对定性有帮助 ;不同分级的星形胶质细胞瘤具有一定的MRI特征性 ,术前有可能作出推测性诊断。
Objective: To explore the relationship between pathological grade and MRI imaging features of brain astrocytoma. Methods : Retrospective analysis of 81 cases of brain astrocytoma MRI data confirmed by surgery and pathology, comprehensive analysis of MRI performance and pathological results compared. RESULTS: Grade I astrocytoma tumors had uniform tumor signal, less mass effect, no intratumoral vascularity and hemorrhage, mild enhancement, and relatively uniform (77.7%); grade III-IV astrocytoma The tumor signal was not uniform and the space-occupying effect was obvious. Intratumor vascular (5 6.67%) and hemorrhage (33.33%) were more common and showed inhomogeneous enhancement. Type II astrocytoma was between the two. between. Conclusion : MRI shows that intratumoral vascularity is helpful to qualitative; different grades of astrocytoma have certain MRI features, and preoperative diagnosis may be possible.
