本文用两种低剂量口服避孕药(OC)进行了6个月治疗期的随机对照的临床试验,研究了使用含有孕烯二酮(G)和去氧孕烯(D)两种孕激素成份的OC,对于乙炔雌二醇(EE_2)的代谢和排泄是否有不同影响。此问题目前仍有争议。
