近年来,思维导图作为一种思维训练工具被广泛地运用到各学科的教学中。笔者所在的中等职业学校的物流服务与管理专业于2015年被评为国家中等职业教育改革发展示范重点专业。物流客户服务实训课程是物流服务与管理专业的核心课程,经过多年教学改革,形成了“行动导向”的教学模式,实训教学以学生为主体,采用“教、学、做”相结合活动化的教学方法。但是在这几年的教学中笔者发现实训教学注重对学生技能的操作训练,忽略了对学生思维模式的训练。将思维导图引入到中职校物流客户服务实训课程中能有效解决学生动手有余而思维不足的问题。
In recent years, Mind Mapping has been widely applied to the teaching of various disciplines as a thinking training tool. In 2015, the major of logistics service and management of the secondary vocational school where the author is located was selected as the key professional of the national secondary vocational education reform and development demonstration. Logistics customer service training course is the core course of logistics service and management. After many years of teaching reform, a teaching mode of “action oriented” has been formed. Practical training takes students as the main body and adopts the teaching, learning, Combination of activities of the teaching methods. However, during the past few years of teaching, I found that practical training focuses on the training of students ’skills and ignores the training of students’ thinking modes. The introduction of mind map to the vocational school logistics customer service training courses can effectively solve the problem of students more than enough thinking.
