本文介绍了PROFIBUS在五强溪水电站大坝溢洪闸门集中控制工程中的应用。整个工程包括9个表孔弧门,1个中孔和5个底孔,采用10台S5-95U-DP作为本地控制器,在集控室有S5-135U带CP5431作为PROFIBUS主站,集中控制室还有大型操作台和带DP接口的OP-35操作面板,除此之外,在水工楼还有上位计算机带CP5412通讯模板,在电站中央控制室还有监视用OP-35操作面板。采用PROFIBUS方案不仅少去了大量电缆的敷设,提高了可靠性,而且将不同的设备PC、PLC、OP和本地控制器联系在一起,相互交换信息,达到了更高的设计要求和完成了许多常规设计无法完成的功能。今后PROFIBUS不仅在水电站大坝溢洪闸门控制中可以推广应用,而且在多级船闸的集中控制中同样有广阔的应用前景。
This paper introduces the application of PROFIBUS in the centralized control project of the dam overflow gate of Wuqiangxi Hydropower Station.
