21世纪,世界进入一个新的变革的时代,这场变革表现为两股潮流:一股是以信息技术为核心的技术变革浪潮;一股是以环境保护为特征的绿色变革浪潮。对我国尤其是上海来说,现在已到了除政治文明、物质文明和精神文明之外,还可加上“绿色文明”即环境文明共四个文明建设共同前进的时候了。本课题组主要就上海建设资源节约、生态型城市的总体战略思路和提高上海资源环境承载力的主要对策措施进行了研讨。
In the 21st century, the world has entered a new era of change. The change manifests itself in two trends: one is the wave of technological change centered on information technology; the other is the wave of green change characterized by environmental protection. For our country, especially Shanghai, it is now time for political civilization, material civilization and spiritual civilization to go hand in hand with the addition of “green civilization” or environmental civilization. The research group mainly discussed the overall strategy of building a resource-saving and eco-city in Shanghai and the main countermeasures to improve the carrying capacity of resources and environment in Shanghai.
