某航空发动机试验过程中出现振动大故障,通过试验过程中的频谱分析发现振动过程存在明显的高低压转子转速耦合频率,对发动机进行全面分解排查,查明振动原因是低压涡轮转子不平衡,低压涡轮转子不平衡的原因是平衡工艺存在不足,工艺过程中的重复拆装影响平衡质量,针对低压涡轮转子平衡工艺进行优化,保证低压涡轮转子的平衡质量,排除了振动故障。
During the test of an aero-engine, there was a big vibration fault. Through the spectrum analysis during the test, it was found that there was obvious coupling frequency of the rotor speed between the high and low voltage rotors. The engine was decomposed and explored comprehensively to find out the cause of vibration due to unbalanced and low- Turbine rotor imbalance is due to the lack of balance of the process, the process of repeated disassembly affect the balance of quality, low-pressure turbine rotor balancing process for optimization, to ensure the balance of low-pressure turbine rotor quality, ruled out vibration problems.
