目前有色金属工业企业进行股份制改造的试点工作正稳步地向前推进。从进行股份制改造试点的企业来看,在转换企业经营机制,筹措资金、优化资源配置、提高生产运营效率等方面取得了效果。以柳州锌品厂为例,该厂是1992年底正式批准成立柳州锌品股份有限公司的,1993年1月正式按股份制公司运行。从该公司一至七月的运行效果看是比较好的,固定资产额增长34.1%,工业总产值比去年同期增长2.56%,利税增长51.
