入冬,榨油季节。客家山乡飘荡着一缕缕茶油的清香。茶油是客家祖地福建宁化的特产,是由油茶树长出的茶籽加工而成的一种绿色食品。来自于大自然的茶油,要经过采茶籽、剥茶籽、晒茶籽、榨茶饼等工序。这些工序的完成都离不开客家人的巧手。层峦叠峰的闽西北小山村是我可爱的家乡。那里漫山遍野生长着茂茂密密的油茶树。入秋,茶籽成熟,累累硕果,压弯枝丫,摇曳生姿。成熟的茶籽大小不一,颜色红绿。那红是嫣红、紫红;那绿是浅绿、碧绿。茶籽圆圆的,沉甸甸的,令人爱不释手。艳阳高照,茶籽如一盏盏小红灯高挂枝头,望一眼,心里便洋溢着丝丝缕缕的暖意。采茶籽是山里人盛大的节日。不必用梯子,山村的男女老少,几乎个个都是爬
